| I started with Fran Jackson on Monday March 28th 2005. I was weighing 239 lbs; I have been working with Fran 5 days a week Monday thru Friday. After One month I have seen a tremendous difference in my figure not so much of the weight. I lost 15 lbs in one month. What I noticed is my face and neck has slimmed down. I'm starting to loose in my waistline where I can began to see a small curve again. Also my legs are looking good, they are starting to take shape. What I'm doing is working with Fran doing lots of toning with the weights and lots of cardio-vascular training and most of all eating properly. She has me on a low carb diet and it's working very well. I feel 110% better! I have lots of energy and I feel good. It's very important to exercise but you must eat properly to really see results. I have a goal to wear a size 12 again. I'm planning to stick to her program and I'm expecting great results. So ladies, if I can see a big difference in one month so can you. You'll be a lot happier.

| I am a 29-year-old male that was eating terrible all times of the day. I was weighing 238 lbs when I phoned my cousin Fran and asked if she could help me with a nutrition plan. I am now 208 lbs in a matter of 2 ½ months; I haven’t been able to exercise consistently due to starting my own business but eating right has made my body and spirit feel better. I was at a point before I started eating right that I would be going up steps and be out of breath. | 1-on-1 Fitness and Spa

I have just completed my 4th week at 1-on-1 fitness. My original goal was to lose weight, strengthen and tone. It has been a huge uphill battle for me to lose weight especially since I do not enjoy most physical activities.
The most challenging part for me has been changing my eating habits and adjusting my schedule to include the workouts. My daily habits never included workouts so I have had to make a conscious effort to make time to go.
Although I have not reached my weight loss goal due to some contributing factors, I have noticed the biggest change in the increase in my overall strength and I am beginning to see more definition in my arms. I still have a long way to go but I am well on my way to a healthier me.
When I first me Fran, I expected her to be a more like a drill sergeant but she hasn’t been like that at all. I have enjoyed these past weeks with her. I feel as if I have connected with her on a personal level which makes it easier to endure the workouts. Fran and 1-on-1 Fitness have truly been a blessing to me. It has been worth every penny and I’m happy I finally took the initiative to take control of my weight!
