Resistance training, also known as strength or weight training, has become one of the most popular forms of exercise both for enhancing in individual's physical fitness and for conditioning athletes.  We design programs to produce certain benefits such as increased strength, stability, increased fat-free mass, and decreased body fat.  1-on-1 Fitness & SPA is committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. 

 

 

Cardio Room
 


Cardio exercises increase the health and function of your heart, lungs and circulatory system.  It is recommended that atleast three 20-30 minute sessions of continuous cardio activity requiring oxygen exercise each week.  Heart rate is a good method for measuring intensity during cardio activities. 


Target Heart rate is:  220 - age x 70% =  target heart rate.
